Quality control

A comprehensive quality control programme has been implemented in our modern, well equipped, control laboratory in  Sandefjord.

The crude fish oil and other raw materials are purchased from pre-approved vendors. All raw materials are tested for compliance with specifications before being released for use. We monitor the production batches prior to release through comprehensive in-process testing by our quality control laboratory technicians and process operators.

All equipment and methods used in the laboratory are qualified and validated to ensure that they give expected results. Products manufactured are monitored for long term stability. We also carry out annual quality reviews of manufactured products in order to verify that processes and methods perform as intended and to identify areas of potential improvement.
