Morten Jurs
Chief executive officer

Morten Jurs (born 1960) was appointed as chief executive officer of Pronova BioPharma 1 July 2009 after three years as chief
financial officer of the company. In 2007 he served as Pronova BioPharma’s deal captain for the company’s IPO at 11 October
2007. From 2002 to 2006, he was chief financial officer as well as secretary of the board at Kitron ASA. Previous positions
include CFO of Santec Micro Group, Telenor Nextra, Broadband Mobile and CEO of Industrial Communication Group. Mr. Jurs has
broad experience as secretary of the board in listed companies as well as experience as board member in unlisted companies.
Mr. Jurs holds an MBA from the University of Wyoming and has completed executive management courses at The Norwegian School
of Economics and Business administration. He held 464 375 shares in the company at 31 December 2010 and has no stock options.

Synne H. Røine
Chief financial officer

Synne Røine (born 1979) was appointed as chief financial officer of Pronova BioPharma 14 August 2009. From 2008 she has served
as finance director in the company. From 2005 she was business coordinator in the company and, among other factors, participated
as a core team member in the IPO process. Before joining Pronova BioPharma, Ms Røine worked with statistical and economical
analysis at the Norwegian Roads and Traffic Department. Ms Røine holds a masters degree in business and administration from
Université des Sciences Sociales, Toulouse, France. She held 3 500 shares in the company at 31 December 2010 and has no stock
options. She is a Norwegian citizen.

Charlotte Berg- Svendsen
Vice president legal affairs

Charlotte Berg-Svendsen (born 1975) was appointed vice president of legal affairs in Pronova BioPharma in December 2010. She
joined the company in 2007. Ms Berg-Svendsen has practiced as a lawyer within various fields of business law at the lawfirm
of Føyen (later SimonsenFøyen), and was also seconded to Richards Butler Lawfirm LLP in London. She also has experience as
an executive manager in the hotel industry. She holds a Law Degree from the University of Oslo, and a Diploma in English Commercial
Law from the College of Law in London. She held 1 000 shares in the company at 31 December 2010 and has no stock options.
She is a Norwegian citizen.

Göran Gannedahl
Vice president medical and regulatory affairs and research and development

Göran Gannedahl (born 1953) entered his position in Pronova BioPharma in 2008. Previously, he served as CEO of NMCT AB. Prior
to that he was global head of scientific operations in transplantation immunology at Novartis Pharma, Switzerland. He has
also been the Japanese pharmaceutical companyFujisawa’s managing director for the Nordic area. He has been secretary of the Scandinavian Transplantation Society and has served on the board of the Swedish Transplant Society, and
has published over 40 original papers on his work. Dr. Gannedahl holds a medical doctor degree from the Karolinska Institute,
Stockholm and is a specialist in general and transplant surgery. He also holds a PhD from Uppsala University. Dr Gannedahl
held no shares or stock options in the company at 31 December 2010. He is a Swedish citizen.

Roger Tuen
Vice president commercial affairs

Roger Tuen (born 1974) was appointed vice president commercial affairs of Pronova BioPharma 9 November 2009. Mr. Tuen joined
the company in January 2003, and has held various commercial and business development director positions for the past four
years. He has played a key role in establishing licensing agreements and supporting the company’s licensees in the commercialisation
of Pronova BioPharma’s products. Before joining the company, he held various positions within the medical dept., sales and
marketing in Serono Nordic AB. Mr. Tuen holds an MSc in pharmacy from the University of Oslo and a MBA from ESCP-EAP (France)/
BI Norwegian School of Management. Mr. Tuen held no shares or stock options in the company at 31 December 2010. He is a Norwegian
citizen.

Hilde Steineger
Vice President business development
|
Hilde Steineger (born 1966) has been head of IR at Pronova BioPharma since 2007. Dr. Steineger was ranked as IRO no. 6 in
the Nordic markets in 2008. Before joining Pronova, she was a senior associate at NeoMed Management from 2006 to 2007, business
development consultant at Maxfield/Amino from 2003 to 2006 and senior financial analyst at Nordea Securities from 2001 to
2003. Dr. Steineger was ranked the no.1 pharmaceutical analyst in Norway by both Kapital and Prospera in 2002. She received
a PhD in medical biochemistry from the University of Oslo in 2000. Dr. Steineger serves on the board of the OSE listed biotech
companies Clavis Pharma and Algeta. Dr Steineger held 10 500 shares in the company at 31 December 2010, and has no stock options.
She is a Norwegian citizen.

Knut Sandvold
Vice president human resources

Knut Sandvold (born 1961) joined Pronova BioPharma 1 August 2009, as vice president HR. Previously, he served two years as
global HR director for the Cardiovascular Ultrasound business in GE Healthcare. From 1996 to 2007 he was the HR director of
Pfizer Norway, including a short period as acting country manager. Previous positions include consultant and project manager
in Manpower and asst. event manager Ice Hockey in Lillehammer Olympic Organizing Committee (LOOC). Mr. Sandvold started his
career in Den norske Bank in different commercial roles. He holds a bachelor degree in business administration from Sør-Trøndelag
University College and has completed the Human Resources Executive Programme at Stockholm School of Economics, International
Leadership Programme at Harvard Business School and management courses at INSEAD. He held 31 500 shares in the company at
31 December 2010 and has no stock options. Mr Sandvold is a Norwegian citizen.

Hilde Merete Næss
Vice president quality affairs

Hilde Merete Næss (born 1964) was appointed vice president quality affairs with effect from 1 October 2009, after having served
for two years as quality manager in the Kalundborg project, managing quality and regulatory activity in the project, and building
up the QC department/laboratory at the new plant in Kalundborg. She has held various positions within the pharmaceutical business
during the last 20 years, first as a scientist/senior scientist engaged in the development and documentation of Omacor and
other pharmaceuticals before joining Pronova BioPharma in 1995. Previous positions at Pronova BioPharma also include laboratory manager, project manager and quality control director. During
this time, she has also worked as consultant in Norsk Hydro on hire from Pronova BioPharma. Ms Næss has published several
publications and presentations during the years. She holds a MM from Norwegian school of Management as well as a M.Sc. from
the University of Oslo. Ms Næss and her related parties held 99 989 shares in the company at 31 December 2010. She has no
stock options. Ms Næss is a Norwegian citizen.

Hamed Brodersen
Vice president investor relations (IR) and communications
|
Hamed M. Brodersen (born 1968) was appointed Vice President of Investor Relations and Communications at Pronova BioPharma
in June 2010. He started his career at Den Danske Bank in Copenhagen, where he worked with interest and currency instruments
for 5 years. Since moving to Norway, he has worked mostly in the process industry at Elkem and Yara International. He has
more than 10 years experience from investor relations, public relations, public affairs, branding and marketing. Mr Brodersen
earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Aarhus University in Denmark, a Master of Science degree (Diplôme d'Ètudes
Approfondies) in International Economics and Finance from Institut d'Ètudes Politiques de Paris (Science po) and executive
education from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Brodersen held no shares or stock options in the
company at 31 December 2010.

Trygve Christophersen
Vice president supply chain

Trygve Christophersen (born 1959) was appointed Vice President of Supply Chain in Pronova BioPharma in December 2010. He
has been in the company since 2006. Previously, he was CEO of Grans Brewery in Sandefjord. Mr Christophersen has gained extensive
experience from various executive positions in manufacturing companies such as Ringnes AS and Mikron Tunsberg AS. He holds
a business degree from the Norwegian School of Management and an MSc in engineering from the Norwegian University of Science
and Technology. Mr Christophersen held 179 125 shares in the company at 31 December 2010, and has no stock options. He is
a Norwegian citizen.

Carsten Hjorth Jensen
Vice President Manufacturing

Carsten Hjorth Jensen (born 1963) joined Pronova BioPharma in April 2008 as Director Optimization Projects. In February 2009
he was appointed Vice President Manufacturing. In January he took over the responsibility as Managing Director for the Danish
site Pronova BioPharma Denmark A/S. Mr Jensen has more than 20 years experience within pharmaceutical production and was before
he joined Pronova BioPharma Production Director at LEO Pharma. Mr Jensen holds an MSc in Pharmacy from the University of Copenhagen
and a MMPI Diploma education from SIMI. Mr. Jensen held no shares or stock options in the company at 31 August 2011. Mr Jensen
is a Danish citizen.
